HERYN
HERYN is a self-produced pop artist blending electronic production with influences from EDM, folk, singer-songwriter music, and classic rock. A classically trained pianist with a background in choir and concert band, she brings a wide range of musical experience into every part of her work, from songwriting and vocals to production.
Her latest EP, bunnysongs, released August 21, explores deeply personal stories through thoughtful lyricism, detailed production, and a sound that moves between intimate and expansive. Completely self-produced, the project reflects HERYN’s hands-on approach to creating music and the distinct world she continues to build around it.
Alongside the release, HERYN has been bringing her music into live spaces throughout the Northeast, with performances spanning Maine, Massachusetts, New York, and beyond.
my salamander
my salamander is an Ann Arbor-based art-pop band whose music blends indie rock, folk, classical, improvisational, and electronic influences into something playful, intricate, and constantly shifting. Formed while the members were students at the University of Michigan, the band approaches songwriting through a deeply collaborative process they describe as “mutualism,” making space for each member’s individual strengths and ideas.
Their music is imaginative without losing its emotional core, moving between carefully composed moments and a sense of spontaneity that makes each song feel alive. From concert halls and bars to abandoned paper mills and marshes, my salamander has built a world around curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to let their music take unexpected shapes. Their upcoming album, Places You’ll Go, continues that world, bringing together the band’s layered sound and collaborative spirit in a new full-length project.
