Because Tangible Tunes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all proceeds from purchases, paid features, and donations go directly toward supporting our mission, including artist features, community resources, platform costs, future events, and opportunities for independent musicians.

For paid artist features or services, payments help cover the time, planning, content creation, outreach, and administrative work involved. Once a payment has been submitted, we are unable to offer refunds.

For handmade items or merchandise, all purchases are final. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
