Tangible Tunes was created from a simple idea: music should feel human once again.

In a space that often prioritizes speed, scale, and algorithms, we wanted to build something different. A place where artists are seen, heard, and supported not just for what they produce, but for who they are and what they carry into their work. We believe music is more than sound. It is memory, emotion, and lived experience, and it deserves to be treated that way.

At its core, Tangible Tunes is a platform for connection. We highlight emerging artists, share their stories, and create opportunities for collaboration across a growing network of musicians, producers, and venues. Everything we do is rooted in intention. We only share what we genuinely connect with, and we aim to build a space that feels honest, thoughtful, and community-driven.

We offer both free and paid opportunities for artists, with the goal of keeping our platform accessible while building something sustainable. Any paid support goes directly back into the nonprofit to help us expand our reach, support more artists, and continue growing this community.

Tangible Tunes was founded by Gray Haugland and Nathan, two people who care deeply about music, creativity, and the people behind it. What started as a shared vision has grown into something much bigger: a space dedicated to preserving the feeling behind the music and making sure real artistry continues to have a place to exist and thrive.
