Tangible Tunes Feature Terms & Conditions
By submitting payment for a Tangible Tunes feature, interview, promotional post, or related service, you agree to the following terms:
General Feature Terms
Tangible Tunes reserves the right to review all submissions before posting. Submission or payment does not guarantee that content will be published if the submission violates our values, contains harmful or inappropriate material, or creates concerns for our team, audience, or community.
Tangible Tunes reserves the right to decline, pause, cancel, or remove a feature at any time if an artist, representative, or associated party engages in disrespectful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise unprofessional behavior toward our team or community. In these cases, Tangible Tunes reserves the right to withhold publication without issuing a refund.
We aim to represent every artist with care and respect. However, Tangible Tunes maintains full creative discretion over final captions, scripts, edits, graphics, formatting, post timing, and promotional language. Artists may provide information, preferences, and corrections, but final posting decisions remain with Tangible Tunes.
Refund Policy
All feature payments are considered final and non-refundable once work has begun. This includes review of materials, drafting captions or scripts, creating graphics, editing videos, scheduling interviews, preparing posts, or any other work related to the feature.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be offered at the discretion of Tangible Tunes.
No refunds will be provided if a feature is canceled, delayed, or not posted due to disrespectful communication, harassment, inappropriate behavior, missed deadlines, lack of required materials, repeated scheduling issues, or violation of these terms.
Original Work & Permission to Use Materials
By submitting music, images, videos, artwork, written responses, or any other materials to Tangible Tunes, the artist confirms that the submitted work is their original work or that they have the proper rights, licenses, and permissions to share it.
The artist confirms that the submitted materials are not stolen, copied, used without permission, or falsely represented as their own. If any submitted content includes work created by another person, collaborator, producer, photographer, videographer, designer, or other third party, the artist is responsible for ensuring that they have permission to submit and promote that content.
By submitting materials, the artist grants Tangible Tunes permission to use the submitted content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, videos, captions, graphics, website features, blog posts, playlists, YouTube content, and other Tangible Tunes platforms.
The artist also agrees to Tangible Tunes’ Terms & Conditions and understands that Tangible Tunes may decline, remove, or cancel a feature if the submitted materials violate these terms or raise copyright, ownership, permission, or authenticity concerns.
Posting Timeline
Tangible Tunes makes every effort to complete and post features in a timely manner. However, exact posting dates and times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Posting timelines may vary based on submission volume, communication delays, editing needs, scheduling conflicts, or platform-related issues.
Interview Feature Terms
For feature packages that include an interview, the artist is responsible for attending the scheduled interview on time and being prepared to participate.
Because the interview is part of the full feature package, Tangible Tunes cannot complete or post the related feature until the interview has been completed. This may include the video feature, interview video, written interview, website feature, blog post, or any related social media content connected to the package.
Tangible Tunes will hold a scheduled interview slot for up to 10 minutes past the agreed start time. If the artist is more than 10 minutes late without clear communication, the interview may need to be rescheduled at Tangible Tunes’ discretion.
We understand that things come up, and we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule when possible. However, if an artist misses an interview, cancels last-minute, repeatedly reschedules, does not provide new availability, or is unable to complete the interview within a reasonable timeframe, Tangible Tunes reserves the right to delay, pause, or cancel the related feature package without issuing a refund.
Because interviews require preparation, scheduling, and reserved time from our team, payments for features that include interviews are non-refundable once preparation or scheduling has begun.
When a written blog interview is offered, the artist must clearly confirm that they would like to participate in the written blog interview when asked. If the artist does not confirm that they want a written blog interview, Tangible Tunes will assume the artist has declined that portion of the feature, and the written blog interview will not be created or posted.
If a written blog interview is included, the artist is responsible for submitting their written answers within one week of their completed interview, unless another deadline is agreed upon in writing. If written answers are not received within one week, Tangible Tunes reserves the right to move forward with the rest of the feature package without posting the written blog interview. No refund or partial refund will be issued for written interview answers submitted late or not submitted.
Communication Expectations
Tangible Tunes is committed to creating a respectful and supportive space for independent artists. We ask that all artists communicate with our team in a respectful and professional manner.
We reserve the right to end communication, cancel a feature, remove a post, or decline future work with any artist who engages in harassment, aggressive messages, discriminatory language, threats, repeated boundary-crossing, or other behavior that makes our team feel unsafe, disrespected, or unable to continue the working relationship.
No Guaranteed Results
Tangible Tunes does not guarantee specific results from any feature, including streams, followers, sales, bookings, engagement, playlist placements, venue responses, or performance opportunities.
Our features are intended to provide thoughtful promotion, visibility, and community support, but results may vary.
Changes to These Terms
Tangible Tunes reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will apply to future submissions, payments, and services.
